3rd Shift Residential Staff

Our client is seeking dependable and compassionate 3rd Shift Residential Staff to provide overnight supervision for high school students participating in a residential educational program. This position plays an important role in ensuring student safety, responding to concerns during overnight hours, and helping students maintain a successful schedule while living on campus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overnight supervision of residential students from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM, Monday through Thursday.

  • Monitor student safety and well-being throughout the shift.

  • Respond appropriately to student concerns, questions, or emergencies.

  • Communicate overnight activities and incidents to program staff.

  • Follow and assist with emergency evacuation procedures when necessary.

  • Ensure students are awake and prepared for classes in the morning.

  • Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive residential environment.

  • Enforce program and residence hall policies and expectations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Ability to establish positive rapport with high school students.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently.

  • Previous residential life, youth services, education, counseling, or related experience is a plus.

  • Clean criminal background required.

  • Must obtain and maintain Act 33, Act 34, Act 114 (FBI Fingerprinting), and Act 168 clearances.

  • Must sign Child Protective Services Staff Disclosure Statement.

  • Must meet Immigration Reform Act employment eligibility requirements.

Benefits/Compensation

  • Full Time

  • Third shift (12am – 8am)  

  • $21/hr

  • Temp position (6/22-7/29)

  • Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

  • Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts
