Health & Safety Lead

We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Lead to oversee workplace safety initiatives, ensure compliance, and promote a strong safety culture across operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead workplace injury and incident investigations, including root cause analysis
Develop and implement corrective and preventative safety measures
Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Facilitate safety meetings and training programs for employees and leadership
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and internal policies
Track, analyze, and report safety performance metrics and trends
Support emergency response planning and workplace safety improvements
Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous improvement in safety practices

Requirements:
High school diploma required; degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field preferred
OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain)
6–12 months of safety experience required; manufacturing experience preferred
Strong knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and risk management
Experience with incident investigation and reporting
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
