Client is seeking an Intelligent Automation Engineer to support enterprise automation initiatives focused on Robotic Process Automation, Intelligent Document Processing, and system integrations. This role will design, build, test, and deploy scalable automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 while incorporating Azure AI and Google Vertex AI services where appropriate.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Design RPA and Intelligent Document Processing solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 and related technologies.
- Integrate automation solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and services.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, automation developers, and AI platform teams.
- Evaluate the technical feasibility of automation opportunities and recommend solution approaches.
- Troubleshoot automation issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve production incidents within established SLAs.
- Support automation solution configuration, testing, implementation, and operational stability.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to resolve issues and advance project objectives.
- Participate in Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements and manage change.
- Ensure solutions comply with Center of Excellence standards, IT policies, security requirements, risk management practices, and change management processes.
- Support multiple automation projects, tasks, and responsibilities concurrently.
- Continuously evaluate emerging automation and AI technologies to improve solution design.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies
- Hands-on experience with the Automation Anywhere A360 RPA platform.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing RPA solutions.
- Experience with Intelligent Document Processing, ABBYY, OCR, or equivalent IDP technologies.
- Understanding of system integration concepts, including REST APIs, JSON, XML, authentication, error handling, databases, and enterprise services.
- Experience with process automation, process simulation, solution development, or business analysis.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.
- Working knowledge of process engineering software systems.
- Familiarity with cloud architectures and AI/ML service consumption patterns.
- Experience troubleshooting automation issues through data gathering, analysis, debugging, and root cause analysis.
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills or Experience
- Experience integrating automation solutions with Azure AI services.
- Experience integrating automation solutions with Google Vertex AI.
- Experience with UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Banking or financial services industry experience.
Work Details
- Remote role.
- US-based candidates across all US time zones may be considered.
- Contract assignment from July 27, 2026 through March 26, 2027.
