About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key business partners.
- Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and ongoing engagement activities.
- Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation and opportunity management.
- Conduct market and industry research to identify business opportunities and trends.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service and project delivery.
- Assist in organizing networking events, client functions, and relationship-building initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing environment such as customer service, recruitment, client services, sales support, hospitality, account management, or marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at different levels.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career in a commercial environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
