Our client is a well-established MNC with a strong global footprint and a stable business presence across multiple markets. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Accounting Officer to join their finance team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, banking, and fixed asset accounting.
  • Process invoices, payments, and staff expense reimbursements in accordance with company policies and internal controls.
  • Assist with month-end closing, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules preparation.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and master data.
  • Support audit, statutory reporting, and internal reporting activities.

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to Accounts Payable, banking, or fixed assets.
  • Experience with ERP systems; SAP exposure is an advantage.
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
