Senior Procurement Manager

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company within the aviation services industry for a Senior Procurement Manager position.

This role will lead the procurement function and oversee a team responsible for managing a broad range of procurement activities supporting business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement function across multiple spending categories.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency, service quality, and operational effectiveness.
• Manage procurement activities related to operational requirements, maintenance needs, equipment, facilities, and indirect spending.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, governance standards, and best practices.
• Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and vendor performance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within procurement processes and systems.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of procurement professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
• Proven experience handling diverse procurement categories and managing end-to-end sourcing activities.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
