Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies to achieve hospital revenue and patient growth targets.
- Drive patient acquisition through corporate partnerships, insurance relationships, government institutions, physician referrals, and other strategic channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, healthcare providers, insurers, and referral partners.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop commercial initiatives to expand the hospital's market presence and service utilization.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and commercial KPIs to optimize business performance.
- Collaborate closely with Medical, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and business development team while fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the healthcare industry.
- Strong experience in hospital business development, corporate accounts, insurance partnerships, physician engagement, or patient referral management.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and leading high-performing commercial teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships and drive sustainable business growth within the healthcare sector.
