Shift: 1st Shift 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
2nd Shift 3:15 PM–1:45 AM
Anticipated schedule 4, 10-hour shifts per week.

Position Overview
We are seeking reliable/ mechanically inclined Machine Attendants to
support the company's growing solar component machining and assembly operation.
The Machine Attendant will operate and monitor purpose-built/ semi-automatic production
equipment and perform a combination of machine tending/ material loading/ quality
inspection/ hand assembly/ packing/ scrap management/ and routine equipment
troubleshooting.

Candidates should demonstrate mechanical aptitude/ familiarity with basic hand
and power tools/ attention to detail/ dependability/ and the ability to follow a logical
process when resolving routine equipment problems.
Primary Duties
• Operate assigned semi-automatic production equipment.
• Load raw materials and components into machines.
• Monitor machine operation throughout the production cycle.
• Respond to machine stoppages and alarms.
• Use HMI messages to identify the affected machine sensor or production station.
• Follow established troubleshooting procedures to resolve routine machine errors.
• Perform basic adjustments and tool changes following training.
• Perform dimensional inspections using calipers/ gauges/ and other measuring
devices.
• Compare measurements and finished components against work prints and
specifications.
• Perform visual quality inspections.
• Identify and segregate nonconforming or scrap material.
• Perform hand assembly of components and finished products.
• Pack and prepare finished goods according to production requirements.

• Maintain workstation cleanliness and organization.
• Follow all safety and production procedures.
• Report equipment/ quality/ material/ and production issues to the appropriate
supervisor.
• Learn additional equipment and processes as new products and machinery are
introduced.

Candidate Profile
Preferred candidates will have some combination of
• Manufacturing or production experience
• Machine operation experience
• Mechanical assembly experience
• Maintenance or repair experience
• Construction experience
• Automotive experience
• Woodworking experience
• Fabrication experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers or gauges


1st Shift 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
2nd Shift 3:15 PM–1:45 AM
Anticipated schedule 4, 10-hour shifts per week.
The initial production requirement is expected to be Monday through Thursday. Additional
production days/ including Friday through Sunday/ may be added as production volume
increases.
Overtime may be required to cover absenteeism or meet additional business demand.
Candidates should understand that final shift days and production schedules may change
based on business requirements.
