If the candidate is approved, they will be invited to an in-person interview at our shop if the test is successfully passed. A non-negotiable requirement for all candidates is the successful completion of both a pre-employment drug screening and a criminal background check through your staffing agency, with satisfactory results and no disqualifying findings, prior to being submitted to us.
