We're looking for a customer-focused Internal Sales & Customer Service Representative to join the Launceston team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be supporting customers, processing orders, managing inventory, coordinating warehouse activities and helping ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
This position would suit someone from an internal sales, trade counter, customer service, warehouse, stores or industrial supply background who enjoys working with people and being part of a close-knit team.

We're looking for a customer-focused Internal Sales & Customer Service Representative to join the Launceston team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be supporting customers, processing orders, managing inventory, coordinating warehouse activities and helping ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
This position would suit someone from an internal sales, trade counter, customer service, warehouse, stores or industrial supply background who enjoys working with people and being part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and face-to-face
- Process customer orders, quotations and enquiries
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
- Assist with warehouse and store operations
- Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding orders and deliveries
- Support the wider team with general administration and sales activities
About You
- Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, trade counter sales or a similar role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good computer literacy and attention to detail
- Experience with inventory, stock control or warehouse processes is highly regarded
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, proactive and willing to learn
- Industrial, engineering, manufacturing, welding, plumbing, electrical or trade supply industry experience
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
- ERP or inventory management system experience
- Full-time permanent position
