6 month FTC and hybrid working 2 days in the office supporting the Programme Lead.
The Operations & Transformation Executive provides day-to-day operational and coordination support across marketing operations and transformation programmes.
This role focuses on the successful execution of content management activities, platform administration, stakeholder support, and project coordination.
The position is well suited to someone with experience in marketing operations, content administration, or project coordination who enjoys working across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Platform Operations
- Upload, organise, and maintain digital marketing assets within a content management platform, ensuring all content complies with established governance processes and quality standards.
- Perform first-line quality assurance checks prior to publishing, identifying and escalating any issues where required.
- Maintain metadata, taxonomy, and naming conventions to ensure digital assets remain organised, searchable, and easy to manage.
- Manage and respond to routine platform enquiries, resolving straightforward requests while escalating more complex issues appropriately.
- Coordinate publishing schedules and monitor outstanding content submissions from internal teams and external partners.
- Update campaign pages and platform content to ensure information remains accurate, relevant, and current.
- Produce regular reports on platform usage, project progress, and key performance indicators, while maintaining accurate project documentation.
- Review content and digital assets to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide coordination support across marketing operations and transformation projects, including scheduling activities, tracking actions, and monitoring progress.
- Maintain project trackers, status reports, and documentation, escalating risks or issues where appropriate.
- Coordinate the logistics for workshops, meetings, and project reviews, including scheduling, preparing materials, and recording actions.
- Act as the first point of contact for routine platform and operational enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships through responsive, professional communication.
- Support user onboarding and training by coordinating sessions, preparing materials, and assisting with follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate operational records to support governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Keep process documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures up to date.
- Assist with testing new platform features and enhancements, documenting findings and supporting implementation activities.
- 2–3 years' experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or a similar role within a marketing, creative, digital, or in-house environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging professionally with a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience using, or the ability to quickly learn, digital asset management (DAM), content management (CMS), or similar marketing technology platforms.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with project management or workflow platforms is advantageous but not essential.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine interest in developing a career in marketing operations, transformation, or programme management.
