Community Manager - German-speaking
A young and fast growing social agency is looking for a German-speaking Community Lead to support a key global account in the beauty sector.
1 day per week, can be fully remote
This role sits at the heart of social, owning day-to-day interaction with audiences across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms. You’ll be the voice of the brand in-market, shaping conversations, building advocacy, and ensuring every touchpoint feels relevant, timely and on-brand.
Working on a challenger brand in the beauty sector, previous experience in either beauty or fashion is key.
You’ll play a hands-on role in content and campaigns, supporting reactive ideas, trend-led moments, and live activations across the UK.

- Managing daily community engagement across key social channels
- Responding to comments and DMs in German and English
- Driving conversation with audiences, creators and fans
- Spotting trends and feeding into content and social ideas
- Supporting campaign rollouts, shoots and live activations
- Monitoring sentiment and flagging risks where needed
- Sharing insights on performance and audience behaviour
- Fluent German and English
- Several years in social or community management roles (agency or brand)
- Strong instinct for culture, trends and Gen Z audiences
- Confident writing in a clear, on-brand tone of voice
- Comfortable in fast-paced, reactive environments
- Experience with short-form content or UGC a bonus
- Open to occasional UK travel for shoots/activations
