Location: Katy / Brookshire, TX Area

Pay Rate: $12.50 – $13.00 / Hour + Overtime

Shift Options: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts Day and Night (Training starts at 2:00 PM or 2:00 AM)

Job Summary

Core Personnel Staffing is hiring Production & Assembly Associates for a large manufacturing plant in the Katy/Brookshire area. No prior experience is required—comprehensive paid training is provided!

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble plastic components and consumer products on fast-paced production lines.

  • Assist with plastic molding machinery by removing finished parts and trimming excess material.

  • Perform visual quality checks before final packaging and staging.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.

Requirements

  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (starting at 2:00 PM or 2:00 AM).

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 30–50 lbs regularly.

  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance record. We will train!
