## Position Summary

We are hiring dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates for our Seasonal Outbound Department. This position involves picking, sorting, scanning, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Associates must be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks, handling heavy materials, and completing repetitive movements throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail, be able to accurately recognize and distinguish numbers and letters, and feel comfortable using RF scanners to locate, track, and process products. Employees are expected to work efficiently, follow instructions, maintain accuracy, and meet established daily productivity expectations.

## Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Pick and process products according to order requirements.
- Use RF scanners to scan, locate, verify, and track inventory.
- Accurately identify numbers, letters, product labels, and order information.
- Prepare products for outbound shipping and ensure orders are processed correctly.
- Lift, carry, move, and handle heavy materials throughout the workday.
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a consistent work pace.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Communicate any inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or scanning issues to a supervisor.
- Work with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines and production goals.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.
- Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned.

## Physical Requirements

- Heavy lifting is required.
- Must be able to perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move materials for extended periods.
- Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
- Must be able to maintain productivity while handling repetitive tasks.

## Work Environment
