Administrative / Warehouse Assistant

Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Location: Garland, Tx

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative/Warehouse Assistant to support both office and warehouse operations. This position requires someone who can effectively prioritize tasks, stay organized, and follow up promptly to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse or production environment and be comfortable handling both clerical and hands-on tasks.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating records

Support warehouse operations by helping with inventory tracking, labeling, and basic shipping/receiving duties

Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure accurate information flow

Follow up on pending tasks and requests to ensure completion

Maintain organized workspaces and documentation systems

Prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative, warehouse, or production setting

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to prioritize workload and follow up consistently

Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, or data entry software)
