About the Position

An exciting opportunity is available for a passionate Maths & Science Teacher to join the College from Term 1, 2027. This full-time, ongoing role will see you deliver engaging Mathematics and Science programs that inspire curiosity, critical thinking and academic achievement. The successful candidate will create a positive and inclusive learning environment while contributing to the wider life of the College.

Skills and Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Mathematics and Science programs aligned with the Australian Curriculum.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment with a strong commitment to child safeguarding and student wellbeing.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues through effective communication.
• Work collaboratively with staff to contribute to curriculum planning and the broader College community.
• Contribute to the wider life of the College through co-curricular activities and school initiatives.

Requirements

• Relevant teaching qualifications and eligibility for Queensland teacher registration.
• Experience teaching Mathematics and Science.
• Current Australian work rights or eligibility to obtain them.
• A commitment to student wellbeing, professional practice and safeguarding responsibilities.
