Overview
Core Personnel Staffing is hiring a Quality Auditor – Production for a client in Humble, TX. This role performs routine quality tests and inspections, records results in Epicor, and identifies discrepancies between production activity and ERP records to support accurate quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality measurements and review of modules

• Work with production operators to control quality

• Document inspection results and maintain electronic and hard-copy quality records

• Ensure non-conforming products are not used without approval

• Review inspection results, non-conformance records, and production data in Epicor for completeness and accuracy

• Verify documented quality checks and material usage align with shop-floor activity and ERP transactions

• Identify missing or inconsistent quality records and coordinate corrections with Production, Quality, and Continuous Improvement teams

• Investigate discrepancies, follow findings through resolution, and communicate recurring issues to the Quality Manager

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1–3 years of experience in a Quality role within a production environment

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel

• ERP experience required; Epicor experience a plus

• Ability to identify record discrepancies and communicate clearly across teams

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs

• Industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, humidity, and production materials

• Required to wear PPE
