Assembly Technician

Installation Technician
Pay: $20–$27/Hr. DOE

1st shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm (Overtime available after shift)
3rd shift Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8p-6a

Join a team that builds and customizes high-performance boom trucks! We’re looking for an Installation Technician who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in precision craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do:

• Install and modify hydraulic valves, cylinders, and control systems according to customer specifications and mechanical drawings.

• Perform basic 12V electrical wiring and troubleshooting.

• Use precision measuring tools and equipment to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Inspect, repair, and adjust new or existing products to meet project requirements.

• Maintain tools and equipment and keep a clean, safe workspace.

• Collaborate with teammates and support continuous improvement in safety and efficiency.

What You Bring:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Working knowledge of hydraulics and basic 12V electrical systems.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and use measuring tools.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects.

• Team-oriented attitude and clear communication skills.

• Must have own tools.

Preferred:

• 3+ years of experience working with hydraulic systems in a job shop or equipment assembly environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the day - ability to lift, carry, and position parts and tools from floor level to above shoulder height.

• Comfortable working in various positions — standing, kneeling, lying on your back, or reaching overhead.

• Use hands and arms to grasp, turn, pull, or manipulate tools and parts.

• Ability to climb on and off trucks, ladders, or platforms safely.

• Stand and walk for extended periods in a shop environment.

• Perform physical tasks safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
