Our Client

Our client is a reputable luxury retail group known for its strong market positioning and premium brand portfolio. They are now looking for an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, performance analysis, and business partnering functions. This opportunity is open to candidates with prior in-house FP&A experience, as well as Big 4 professionals with exposure to retail or FMCG sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support annual budgeting and regular forecasting exercises
  • Track financial performance, analyze variances, and identify key business trends
  • Deliver meaningful insights to support strategic and commercial decisions
  • Collaborate with different business units to gather and consolidate financial information
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentation materials
  • Assist in evaluating business initiatives and handle ad hoc analytical requests

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Approximately 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis or similar areas
  • Candidates from Big 4 audit backgrounds are welcome; industry exposure in retail/FMCG is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in forecasting and reporting tools
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
