Project Manager IV

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of project or program management experience leading enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives
  • Proven success in delivering large-scale, multi-workstream projects with executive visibility
  • Hands-on experience implementing procurement orchestration, workflow automation, or digital transformation solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and driving decision-making
  • Experience managing implementation partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, risk management, and project governance abilities
  • Ability to develop detailed project plans, establish governance structures, and facilitate stakeholder engagement

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with Zip procurement tool or similar procurement platforms
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled procurement solutions and automations
  • Knowledge of enterprise-wide procurement transformation best practices

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Information Technology
  • 7+ years experience overseeing complex enterprise technology or business transformation projects, specifically in procurement or related areas

Other Requirements:

  • Location: Hybrid (San Jose, CA), requiring 3 days per week onsite
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract Duration: 6+ months
  • Employment Status: W2 Only
  • Travel: Minimal, as needed for project requirements
