• Cisco Device Management & LTE experience required
• 7:7 roster

The role
Seeking a skilled Network Engineer to support and maintain IT/OT network infrastructure, provide real-time system support, and ensure optimal network performance through monitoring and troubleshooting. Proficiency in Cisco device management and network tools is essential for this onsite role in Boddington.
 
Key responsibilities:

• Support and maintain IT and OT network infrastructure to ensure maximum availability.
• Provide real-time support and escalation for production network systems.
• Perform network monitoring using tools like SolarWinds, Syslog, and Remote Desktop Manager.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues in network devices and security appliances.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation and diagrams. 

Required skills:

• Strong experience in Cisco device management and support.
• Solid technical knowledge of networking and communications systems.
• Familiarity with LTE technology (desirable).
• Proficiency in network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Syslog) and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. 

Additional Information:

• Onsite role based in Boddington.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
