Business Development Lead: Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering

Serving international private jet owners, management companies, and operators, they deliver cost-efficient, high-precision aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) solutions across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Pipeline Generation: Identify, target, and engage overseas business jet owners, management companies, and operators to build a robust MRO sales pipeline.
• Network Utilization: Leverage established industry connections and personal networks to direct maintenance business to domestic China facilities.
• Cross-Border Facilitation: Act as the primary liaison between international clients and domestic Chinese engineering teams to manage capabilities, scheduling, and logistics.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations from initial client engagement through to contract execution, ensuring alignment on pricing, scope, and turnaround times.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor global business aviation trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory shifts to capture new market opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 5–8 years of experience in aviation business development, aircraft sales, flight management, or MRO services.
• Established Network (Crucial): An active, proven network of overseas business jet owners, family offices, flight operations leads, or aviation consultants.
• Technical Familiarity: Solid understanding of business jet maintenance needs across major OEMs (e.g., Gulfstream, Bombardier, Dassault, Boeing BBJ).
• Language & Communication: Professional fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly advantageous for seamless internal team coordination.
• Location & Mobility: Based in Hong Kong or key global aviation hubs (e.g., Singapore, Europe, Middle East, North America).
