Our client is urgently looking for a Systems Analyst to support and enhance their warehouse management systems across multiple locations. This role offers exposure to regional operations, system optimisation initiatives, and cross-platform integrations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support and incident resolution for WMS platforms, including root cause analysis and issue prevention
- Perform system configuration, enhancement, and customisation based on business requirements
- Work on integration activities with upstream and downstream systems (ERP, OMS, TMS, etc.)
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Participate in testing cycles (UAT, integration, regression) to ensure quality system delivery
- Support regional warehouse operations teams, including user training and adoption
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimisation
- Maintain clear documentation across processes, configurations, and system changes
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience working with WMS platforms in a retail, eCommerce, or logistics environment
- Hands-on experience in WMS configuration, support, or enhancement
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, inventory, shipping)
- Exposure to system integrations (APIs, EDI, interfaces) is highly preferred
- Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, and testing
- Basic SQL or data analysis skills will be an advantage
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with regional stakeholders across APAC
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to leading WMS platforms e.g. Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM or similar tech would be highly advantageous
