An opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor (or Site Manager) to deliver a short-term D&C re-roof project. 

This role is suited to someone who can step in and confidently run day-to-day site operations, coordinating an already procured subcontractor team while maintaining programme, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily site activities and subcontractor coordination
  • Drive safety, quality, and programme outcomes
  • Run toolbox talks, inductions, and site compliance
  • Maintain project documentation (SWMS, ITPs, permits) via Hammertech
  • Oversee working at heights and crane lift operations
Requirements:
  • Strong experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager with T2 experience
  • Demonstrated working at heights competency (essential)
  • Proven experience coordinating crane lifts (essential)
  • Familiarity with Hammertech systems

Short-term contract with immediate start – ideal for a hands-on supervisor who can hit the ground running.
