Unit Pricing Manager

A well-known Financial Services brand are looking to recruit a talented Lead for Unit Pricing/Custody. This company boast a flexible working environment, supportive management and a great culture.

Overseeing a team, your role will include (however not be limited to);

• Oversight and accountability for both local and overseas team deliverables
• Prepare and present training on unit pricing 
• Calculate and review unit prices for portfolios and trust
• Review of unit prices for managed investment funds, private equity funds and listed investment companies including corporate actions
• Development and training of staff, including performance management
• Training and guidance across Governance & Risk
• Detailed review of distributable income calculations for managed investment funds and liaising with external tax parties
• Research and analyse legislative requirements, updating policies and procedures as required
• Effectively limit risk exposure
• Project work such as system implementations / upgrades
• Review of general and special purpose accounts
• Play an active role in the on boarding of new clients
• Implementation of client change requests

You will be and accomplished finance professional, with a number of years experience within a fund accounting environment, preferably with an administrator, custodian or fund manager.

It is essential that you have worked in a role taking full responsibility for staff management including performance management, recruitment, induction, setting KPIs, assigning tasks.

You will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and be looking for a role based in Parramatta.
