Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with airlines, GSAs, and co-loaders
- Source and secure air freight capacity to support business growth and customer requirements
- Lead carrier negotiations on rates, space allocations, and commercial agreements
- Monitor market trends, capacity, and pricing to develop competitive procurement strategies
- Manage yield performance and optimize profitability through market analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth operational execution and service delivery
- Prepare business reports, market intelligence, and commercial analysis for management review
- Support strategic projects and continuous business improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related disciplines
- 10+ years of freight forwarding experience, ideally within air freight procurement, pricing, or carrier management
- Strong airline, GSA, and co-loader network across the air freight industry
- Solid experience in capacity sourcing, commercial negotiation, and pricing strategy
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Self-driven and comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
