The Role

• Support legal matters across a range of practice areas including corporate, banking, disputes, intellectual property, and capital markets while working with international legal teams.
• Conduct due diligence, legal research, document reviews, company searches, and assist with the preparation of banking and lending documentation.
• Utilise and develop expertise in legal technology platforms, including eDiscovery tools and emerging legal service delivery technologies.

About You

• You will ideally have completed, or be nearing completion of, a law degree and be available to commence full-time employment.
• You will bring strong analytical and critical thinking skills, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and a professional approach to your work.
• You will be a proactive team player with strong interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
