Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking an Independent Sales Agent for our business development team! Jayce Grayye Consulting and Recruiting in the past three years that we have been in business, has been featured in Forbes, NetNewsLedger, and Miami Weekly. We’ve scaled our own practice to seven figures by placing top sales talent and now we are helping other firms achieve this as well by helping them generate more appointments for their firms.
Their goal is to help every recruiter thrive at business with the latest techniques and tactics to help them grow. That's why we are looking to add a skilled Independent Sales Agent to our company to help our clients generate more business. Your role would be to interact with leads through cold calling and book calls for a high-converting sales team. Are you ready to join a team and grow your sales experience? Structure & Compensation
- Full Time & Remote Working Position (worldwide candidates welcome)
- $900 monthly base (Goal is a min of 12 appointments per month
for the sales team)
- 1 - 7 $100 Appointment showed up
- 8 - 14 $200 Appointment showed up
- 15 - 22 $300 Appointment showed up
- 23 + $400 Appointment showed up
- 11 am to 5 pm EST - (North American Time Zone)
- Attending high-energy and impactful morning meetings every
morning 10:30 am EST is required with business attire
Responsibilities
- Calling intent data of companies looking to hire or in the market ( Cold Calling)
- You’ll be making 500 to 600 Dials daily with our dialer with ease.
- Use the latest calling tools to email and text prospects, reaching out with value-added strategies to help them grow their business
- Qualifying leads and setting appointments for recruiters
- You’ll be provided daily sales training on cold calling.
- $20,000 in NEW business revenue monthly (minimum) is the goal
for EACH SETTER.
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- 1+ years of appointment setting experience is required ie booking
in leads for a sales team to close.
- Cold Calling ONLY leads that are looking to hire or in the market.
- Qualifying leads and setting appointments for recruiters
- Skilled in developing relationships with exceptional interpersonal attributes.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Ability to learn and work quickly and swiftly to take action to
implement new ideas.

constantly push yourself to get better and better
- Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask
for help when needed, and complete tasks as required

managing your schedule and meeting deadlines without direct supervision.
