What You Will Do
- Develop and Implement Solutions: Analyse organisational needs and design enterprise content management solutions, implementing and configuring OpenText software to optimise performance.
- Content Strategy: Create and oversee content strategies, ensuring consistency in style, quality, and tone across all platforms and channels.
- User Training: Deliver training and ongoing support to users, facilitating effective utilisation of content systems and promoting best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless system integration, compliance with data governance policies, and data security protocols.
- Technical Skills Utilisation: Apply your proficiency in content management systems, data governance standards, and compliance requirements to deliver robust solutions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience with Service Manager (DSMS), XECM, Content Server, UCMDB, Operations Orchestration, LaJO 69.
- Strong problem solving and collaboration skills—analytical mindset, ability to troubleshoot complex systems, and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
- Extensive ECM and CCM technical solution delivery experience, primarily using the OpenText suite.
- Ability to thrive in Agile environments and work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Experience working within federal government contexts.
- Commitment to mentoring, knowledge sharing, and fostering a collaborative development culture.
