My client is a fast-growing international manufacturing and supply chain platform supporting brands from product creation through production and delivery.

They are looking for a hands-on Senior Merchandiser to join their growing Asia team and play a key role in managing client projects, factory partnerships, and production execution while helping build the systems and processes that will support future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end merchandising activities from development through production and shipment
• Liaise directly with clients, factories, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Source and develop factory and vendor partnerships
• Handle costing, sampling, production follow-up, quality and delivery management
• Identify and resolve sourcing and production issues proactively
• Build and improve operational processes and workflows as the business scales
• Support the implementation of tools, systems, and best practices across the operation
• Travel regularly to factories within China and Asia as required

Requirements

• 4-10 years of experience in:

  • Merchandising
  • Product Development
  • Sourcing
  • Production Management

• Experience within:

  • Apparel
  • Fashion Accessories
  • Footwear
  • Consumer Products

• Strong understanding of:

  • Costing
  • Sampling
  • Factory Management
  • Vendor Management
  • Production Follow-up
  • Quality Control

• Fluent English communication skills

• Mandarin is highly preferred

• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment

• Willing to travel when required
