About the Role
As an ICT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects within agreed scope, timeframes, budget, and quality standards. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure alignment with organisational strategies, governance frameworks, and project management practices.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of ICT projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved within scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Manage project planning, governance, risk, issues, change control, procurement, and compliance with organisational frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and performance reporting to support effective project delivery.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, manage resources, and foster strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
  • Oversee vendor and contract management to ensure services are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement through quality assurance, customer-focused project practices, and alignment with organisational objectives.
About You
  • Proven experience delivering ICT projects within complex environments (government experience highly regarded).
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and competing priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience in vendor and contract management.
  • Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and governance in project delivery.
