Key Responsibilities
  • Cross-checking invoice information for accuracy
  • Updating and validating invoice data within internal systems
  • High-volume data entry and data reconciliation
  • Reviewing records and identifying discrepancies
  • Supporting the team to ensure project deadlines are met
About You
  • Previous administration or data entry experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Comfortable working on repetitive, process-driven tasks
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage high volumes of information
  • Positive team attitude and willingness to support others
