What You Will Do

  • Support deployment and implementation of MDM / UEM / ITSM solutions

  • Provide technical advice, troubleshooting, and customer guidance

  • Translate technical discussions and documentation (JP ↔ EN)

  • Lead and support customer engagements and technical projects

  • Create high-quality documentation and reports in Japanese

  • Build strong relationships with customers and partners

  • Collaborate closely with global teams

Requirements

 

What You Will Bring

  • Native-level Japanese + strong business English

  • Hands-on experience with MDM, UEM, ITSM, or related enterprise IT solutions

  • Proven ability to manage or support technical/customer-facing projects

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

  • Bonus: ITIL / PMP / technical certifications, or experience in a global environment
