This is an exciting new leadership role, and an excellent opportunity to take the reins and lead a significant and highly regarded construction and infrastructure company through its next phase of growth and market expansion.
Lattey Group, with a 100plus strong team and sites in Hastings and Levin, is a multi-disciplinary construction and engineering company, with 75 years’ experience in market. Their strong reputation for delivering innovative, safe and efficient infrastructure solutions for their clients is reflected across their five key divisions spanning civil engineering, Precast concrete manufacturing, Crane hire and the highly effective and innovative Hex-Loc division.
As Chief Executive, you will report to the board and steer an experienced and highly engaged executive team to further enhance overall business performance. Your role is to optimise and further refine their strategy, people development, stakeholder engagement, contract management and manufacturing and service delivery levels. There is a strong appetite for expansion here, coupled with a keen awareness of the need to bring people on the journey. As their leader you will take them to the next level; further enhancing operational excellence and leveraging their civil infrastructure market opportunities to drive further revenue growth, and commercial expansion.
This role is suited to a driven, strategic and commercially savvy executive leader, ready and keen to crank the handle and build scale, whilst keeping intact the innovation and culture embedded here. Your commercial and operational leadership, and relatability to consulting and partnership-based businesses could come from a wide range of sectors. Relatability to civil engineering and infrastructure, and the commercial and contractual nature of project partnerships will be essential. You will be an experienced executive, expert in fostering partnerships internally and externally, and in optimising operational and commercial performance. A strategic lens, high performance mindset and stakeholder engagement expertise will be crucial in ensuring Lattey Group continue to unlock their civil infrastructure partnership opportunities across the country.
