CONFIDENTIAL General Manager, Santana Row

Our client, a premium American apparel brand, is seeking a General Manager to join their team for an on-site role in Santana Row.

This is a full-time, temporary role with the potential to become permanent based on performance and the needs of the business. Candidates must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties Include:

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales, profitability, and overall store performance.
• Develop and execute business strategies, analyze KPIs, and manage payroll and expenses to achieve financial goals.
• Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing teams, providing ongoing feedback and succession planning.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring excellence in visual merchandising, inventory management, and operational execution.
• Foster strong partnerships with field leadership and cross-functional teams while effectively communicating company initiatives.
• Utilize reporting and sales trends to make strategic decisions that enhance customer engagement and maximize business results.

Job Qualifications Include:

• Luxury or premium retail experience with strong clienteling skills. Open to candidates from Suitsupply, Buck Mason, Polo Ralph Lauren, Billy Reid, J.Crew, or luxury Assistant Store Managers ready for their first Store Manager role. Livermore outlet candidates are welcome if they have team leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen with experience driving sales, managing payroll, expenses, and KPIs.
• Client-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
• Operationally strong with experience in visual merchandising, inventory, and store execution.
• Passion for menswear, hands-on leadership, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.

Pay: $46/hr
