Amazon Associate, Essence Cosmetics

Our client, a global beauty leader, is seeking an Amazon Marketplace Specialist – Beauty & Cosmetics to support the growth and performance of one of their most strategic eCommerce channels. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day marketplace operations, optimizing product content, analyzing business performance, and supporting strategic growth initiatives across the Amazon platform. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in NYC.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of the Amazon business to achieve sales and growth objectives
• Monitor sales performance, account health, inventory levels, and operational metrics
• Create, maintain, and optimize product listings across the Amazon marketplace
• Manage A+ Content, Brand Store updates, product imagery, and backend catalog attributes
• Oversee marketplace programs including deals, coupons, bundles, and promotional offers
• Identify opportunities to expand product assortment, improve visibility, and drive revenue growth
• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, inventory, profitability, and promotional performance
• Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and business summaries
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and growth strategies

• 3+ years of Amazon account management or eCommerce experience
• Experience within beauty, cosmetics, consumer products, or other fast-moving consumer goods industries
• Experience working within Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
• Strong understanding of Amazon catalog management, SEO, promotions, inventory management, and marketplace operations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical capabilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Strong ownership mentality and results-oriented mindset

Salary: $75k - $80k
