Digital Ambassador – Insurance / Digital / 30k

I am helping our Client seeking a Digital Ambassador to join the team in Hong Kong.

Your role:

• Addressing these obstacles by deploying frontline representatives who will gather feedback, questions, and pain points from agents to inform continuous improvement of digital products.
• Acquiring in-depth knowledge of Insurance’s digital products and tools, focusing on their application for business purposes, and sharing insights with internal teams.
• Visiting agents’ offices to assist with basic inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Promoting new digital features and tools to agents to encourage adoption.
• Collecting and documenting common questions and issues raised by agents and liaising with the IT helpdesk team for follow-up and resolution.
• Validating and maintaining a Q&A repository by coordinating with the IT helpdesk team to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Managing team schedules and assignments to ensure coverage of all assigned tasks within scope.

Ideally you have:

• Experience in bridging the gap between agents and the digital solutions team, ensuring a smooth digital experience for agents and supporting the ongoing digital transformation efforts.
• Demonstrating strong written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Working independently with a proactive approach.
• Having a basic understanding of insurance terminology (preferred).
