EMEA Recruitment is supporting an international oil and gas organization seeking an experienced and results-driven Interim senior recruiter to join the business full-time for 3 months.
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions, partnering closely with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, handling complex hiring needs, and providing strategic recruitment expertise from day one.

Key Responsibilities of the Interim Senior Recruiter:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define recruitment strategies, and provide market insights
- Source high-quality candidates using a variety of methods, including direct sourcing and networking
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication and efficient recruitment processes.
- Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure recruitment activities align with organizational objectives.
- Significant experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within an in-house talent acquisition environment
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a range of professional, technical, or specialist roles (engineering)
- Strong stakeholder management
- Excellent sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining high-quality delivery
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Teamtailor)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
