Apply directOur client, a beauty company, is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule.
Job Duties Include:
- Process and manage purchase orders for assigned retail accounts.
- Review order details including quantities, pricing, delivery dates, and assortment information.
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, and Customer Operations to support inventory management and order execution.
- Monitor inventory levels, track order status, and proactively communicate potential risks or delays.
- Prepare and maintain retailer reports, inventory trackers, sales reporting, and customer assortment files.
- Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or other relevant fields preferred
- Experience in beauty or CPG industry with retailer planning
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and SUMIF functions.
- Knowledge of Tableau is a plus
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong follow-up and attention to detail
