We’re partnering with an established South Australian training organisation that has been supporting people into education, training and employment for over 20 years. With a strong focus on creating positive student experiences and delivering quality, practical training, they are looking for an RTO Administrator to join their Salisbury team.
This is far more than a traditional administration role. You’ll be at the heart of the Salisbury site, supporting students throughout their training journey, assisting trainers, coordinating course administration and helping ensure everything runs smoothly day-to-day.

As the RTO Administrator, you’ll provide end-to-end administrative support across student management, training delivery and the day-to-day operations of the Salisbury site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating student enrolments and course administration
- Maintaining accurate student records and assessment results
- Responding to prospective and current student enquiries
- Supporting students with attendance, course and general enquiries
- Preparing training materials, attendance sheets and documentation
- Providing day-to-day support to trainers
- Updating information across student management systems and databases
- Assisting with invoicing and general administration
- Supporting reception and the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
You don’t need to come from an RTO background to be successful in this role.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Friendly, approachable and confident dealing with people
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proactive and happy to take ownership of their work
- A strong communicator with excellent phone and email manner
- Confident with data entry and learning new systems
- Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player
- Professional and comfortable navigating challenging conversations
- Experienced in administration, customer service or a similar support role
- A current driver’s licence holder with access to their own vehicle
- Hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Check (NPC), or be willing to obtain both prior to commencement
