SMAART Recruitment are proud to partner with a local South Australian business and success story who are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor / 2IC.
  
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the team through an exciting period of growth and system transition. This is a high-volume warehouse dealing with thousands of unique products, so it's a step up in complexity from your average pick-and-pack environment.
 
What's on offer?
  • $70,000 - $80,000 + Super
  • Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 4pm or 8.00am - 4.30pm
  • OT offered during peak periods

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing day-to-day warehouse tasks, staff rostering, and daily operations
  • Leading and delegating to a small team including permanent and casual/floating staff
  • Supporting junior staff with training and adhoc guidance
  • Managing freight and returns processes
  • Helping shape and refine warehouse processes as the business embraces its new systems
  • Daily hands-on warehouse operations
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally with complex or high-value stock
  • Some leadership or supervisory experience
  • Confident delegating and guiding a team, while still happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Good attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
  • Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to 30kg
  • Current valid forklift licence
