About the Company:
We're partnering with one of Australia's leading independent hearing healthcare providers to find an experienced Audiologist who is passionate about education, prevention and helping people maintain their quality of life.
This is an opportunity to work in a practice that believes hearing healthcare is about far more than hearing aids. Through evidence-based care, community education and long-term patient relationships, you'll play a key role in improving hearing health and supporting cognitive wellbeing.
Work for an Independent Practice: Unlike many clinics backed by global manufacturers, this practice operates independently, allowing clinicians to recommend solutions based solely on what's right for each patient.
Make a Genuine Difference: You'll work alongside a respected leader in the industry who is passionate about raising awareness of the connection between hearing health and cognitive decline. The team regularly delivers educational seminars and community events that help people seek treatment before hearing loss significantly impacts their lives.
Build Meaningful Relationships: Patients often meet the team through educational events before attending the clinic, creating trust from the very beginning. This allows you to focus on delivering exceptional clinical care rather than selling products.
Supportive Team Environment: Join an experienced team that includes another Audiologist and a dedicated Practice Manager, allowing you to focus on what you do best - caring for your patients.
Long-Term Career Growth: This business is committed to developing its people. For the right person, there is genuine potential to progress into leadership or even future ownership opportunities.
About The Role:
You'll provide comprehensive hearing assessments, rehabilitation and ongoing hearing care while also contributing to community education initiatives.
Based primarily in Brisbane, you'll have the opportunity to support clinics on the Gold Coast, with occasional fully supported travel opportunities interstate if desired.
You'll also have the chance to participate in seminars, educational presentations, podcasts and community engagement activities that help educate Australians about hearing health.
What's On Offer
You'll be an Audiologist who enjoys building trusted relationships and delivering outstanding patient care. You'll also have:
