Audiologist - Brisbane

About the company:
Not every Audiologist wants to spend their career working within a large corporate or manufacturer-owned clinic.
If you’re looking for more autonomy, genuine earning potential and the opportunity to build something long term, this could be a very different next move.
We’re recruiting for a growing independent audiology practice in Brisbane that has built its reputation around exceptional patient care, education and a broader approach to hearing health.
There are no manufacturer-driven recommendations and no one-size-fits-all approach. Clinicians have the freedom to recommend what they genuinely believe is right for their patients, while being rewarded for the value they bring to the business.
Why this opportunity is different:
This is more than a traditional clinic-based Audiologist role.
You’ll become part of an established independent business with strong patient demand, an experienced support team and ambitious plans for growth.
You’ll also have the opportunity to build your profile outside the consulting room through community seminars, educational events and other initiatives focused on the connection between hearing, brain health and overall wellbeing.
And importantly, there is a genuine pathway beyond simply earning a salary. For the right person, future equity and ownership opportunities are on the table.
About the role:
Your core focus will remain providing outstanding clinical care, including comprehensive hearing assessments, rehabilitation, hearing solutions and ongoing patient management.
But you’ll also have the opportunity to become more involved in the broader business, including community education, seminars and events, relationship building and future growth initiatives.
The role will be primarily based in Brisbane, with the opportunity to support the Gold Coast clinics. There may also be occasional interstate travel for events or education, if that appeals to you.
What’s in it for you?
You’ll be a qualified Audiologist who genuinely enjoys working with people and wants the freedom to build strong, long-term relationships with your patients.
Ideally, you’ll bring at least one year of clinical experience, eligibility for a government provider number and strong communication skills.
More importantly, you’ll be someone who is curious, personable and commercially minded, and who likes the idea of joining an independent business where you can have a genuine impact on its future.
You don’t need to be looking for ownership tomorrow.
