Their approachable, friendly and united team work together to provide clear, practical solutions across a complete range of property, commercial, trust and estate legal services to clients across New Zealand. This is a rare opportunity for a Legal Executive to join their supportive and collaborative team, where you will feel valued for the work that you do.
As a Legal Executive, you will pick up a portfolio of work spanning conveyancing, finance and security as well as some estate matters. You will be drafting and preparing legal documentation, including sale and purchase agreements, managing files from start to finish and liaising directly with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery. You will be attending to KiwiSaver first home withdrawals as well as assisting with the management of the firm's Trust Account.
Accuracy, initiative, and a commitment to delivering to your clients’ needs in a timely and professional manner are key ingredients for success in this role. We are open-minded to your level of experience. You may be a qualified Registered Legal Executive, or you may be earlier in your career and working towards completing your Legal Executive studies. What matters most is your attitude, attention to detail, and ability to contribute positively to the team. You will need to bring strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent organisational and time management abilities. You must feel confident handling financial transactions and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
