Picker/Packer Associate

Pick and Pack Associate
Location: Stamford, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pick and Pack Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare shipments and ensure packages are labeled correctly
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work as part of a team to meet daily shipping goals

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable with good attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer or scanner experience is a plus
