Production Associate (Cold Environment)

Location: Winter Garden, FL

Responsibilities:

• Handle and process food products in a refrigerated environment
• Operate machinery and equipment safely
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Package and label items for distribution
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety regulations
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a cold environment (34 F – 40 F) for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to [weight limit] lbs and stand for long hours
• Prior experience in food production, cold storage, or warehouse work is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
