ABOUT THE ROLE
This newly created role will focus on the ongoing utilisation, optimisation and governance of a CMMS platform within a facilities management environment. Working closely with contractors, operational teams and key stakeholders, you'll ensure asset and maintenance data remains accurate, actionable and fit for purpose. Beyond maintaining system integrity, you'll identify opportunities for improvement, enhance reporting capabilities and help drive best practice FM processes through effective system management and data governance.

DUTIES
- Manage and maintain the CMMS platform to ensure ongoing operational effectiveness
- Review, validate and cleanse asset and maintenance data to maintain data integrity
- Develop and implement processes to improve data quality and system utilisation
- Analyse maintenance and asset information to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with contractor administrators to ensure data submissions are accurate and useful
- Generate reports and insights to support facilities management decision-making
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve functionality
- Support stakeholders with system-related queries, training and process guidance
- Maintain governance standards and ensure compliance with established data management practices
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across FM systems and processes
- Previous experience in a Facilities Management Coordinator, FM Systems Coordinator, Asset Information Coordinator or similar role
- Strong CMMS experience within a facilities, asset management or maintenance environment
- Proven ability to manage, analyse and improve asset and maintenance data
- Experience working with contractors and multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong understanding of facilities management operations and maintenance processes
- Advanced data management, reporting and analytical skills
- Experience with SharePoint and document management systems highly regarded
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
