A manufacturing facility in the Fairview, PA area is seeking a reliable Metal Finisher for a 1st shift opening. This role involves finishing, cleaning, and preparing metal components to meet quality and appearance standards in a production environment. The position is repetitive and detail-focused, with steady, hands-on work throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Grind, sand, deburr, and smooth metal parts using hand tools and finishing equipment

• Remove sharp edges, excess material, and surface imperfections from parts

• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and appearance standards are met

• Clean and prepare parts for next-stage production or shipment

• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production guidelines

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Assist with other production tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior manufacturing or industrial experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to use hand tools and basic finishing equipment

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks

• Must be able to complete a background check

• Able to read and write in English

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time

• $15/hr

• 1st shift Monday–Friday 7a–3:30p

• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
