The Leaders
Reporting to a supportive and forward-thinking People and Culture Manager, you will join a high-trust environment where your ideas, initiative and development are valued.
You will work closely with the P&C Manager and stakeholders at all levels across the business. The People and Culture team is lean, but committed to investing time in someone who brings the right attitude, maturity and foundations.
The Opportunity
This is a broad, hands-on coordination role that will act as the operational backbone of the People and Culture team. You will help keep requests moving, maintain accurate records and ensure actions are followed through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
You are an emerging HR professional with approximately two to three years of experience in HR administration, coordination or a related people support role.
This opportunity will suit someone who demonstrates strong drive, maturity and an appetite to learn. You are warm, approachable and confident communicating with employees and senior stakeholders.
Highly organised, responsive and detail-focused, you can keep pace in a busy environment while ensuring requests are properly followed through and closed out. You use sound judgement when handling confidential or sensitive matters and can confidently direct stakeholders to the appropriate person or process.

- Manage day-to-day People and Culture administration and act as the first point of contact for employee queries
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, systems access, inductions and internal communications
- Maintain accurate employee records, databases and documentation across the employee lifecycle
- Support the development and implementation of People and Culture policies, procedures, systems and templates
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, cultural programs, practice events and wellbeing activities
- Prepare reports and maintain workforce data to support informed decision-making
- Provide consistent People and Culture support to teams across multiple offices
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve the employee experience and help the function operate more efficiently

- Strong Systems experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel capability
- The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
