Senior Revenue Controller & E-Billing Specialist (Global Firm)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full billing cycle from WIP review through invoice issuance and cash collection support.
• Take ownership of billing activities and ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time.
• Act as the key e-billing contact, managing invoice submissions through client e-billing platforms and resolving billing rejections.
• Review client billing requirements and ensure compliance with guidelines and internal procedures.
• Partner closely with lawyers, partners, and finance colleagues to improve working capital performance.
• Collaborate with regional and international finance teams on global e-billing initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements

• Solid experience in billing, revenue control, or working capital management within professional services.
• Strong hands-on e-billing experience is essential. Candidates with proven experience using client e-billing platforms will be highly preferred.
• Understanding of WIP management, billing cycles, and revenue processes.
• Experience within a law firm, partnership, LLP, or professional services environment is advantageous.
• Exposure to Elite 3E, Elite Enterprise, or similar practice management systems is a plus.
