Machine Operator

1st & 2nd Shift Available | Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $17.00/Hour

Nesco Resource is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a Stress Relief Operator position with a growing manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing. Previous machine operation experience is helpful but not required — willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Available Shifts

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Enter production data for parts entering and exiting heat-treat ovens.

• Process first-piece and sample parts for Setup Technicians.

• Verify and sign off on completed production processes.

• Wash, spin, oil, and dye parts according to specifications.

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently while following established procedures.

• Utilize basic computer programs related to the stress relief process.

• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

• Assist with quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

• Participate in problem-solving and corrective action activities as needed.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following 5S principles.

• Follow all company safety, quality, and operational policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required.

• Basic computer, math, and writing skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly.

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
